Our Team

Peter Zangari, Managing Partner

Peter is a sought-after executive search practitioner and career architect with a growing list of clients and successful placements.

He brings deep experience in the public and private sectors to lead our team, recruiting high-quality C-suite, public policy and external affairs professionals for clients including ASX and US publicly-listed businesses, government agencies, industry associations and not-for-profit organisations.

Peter is a people person. He’s approachable. And he takes a long-term approach to building relationships and developing networks.

He cares for candidates, and as an accredited career coach, he puts a big emphasis on building careers and leadership capabilities for the long-term benefit of candidates and the organisations where they are employed.

Peter has worked extensively as a political advisor in Government across the Treasury, Infrastructure, Transport and Housing portfolios and as a campaign advisor covering State and Federal elections.

And together with his strong background as a public affairs consultant and senior in-house specialist in freight, shipping and financial services, he brings this unique experience to executive search and recruitment.

Peter’s advice and counsel on reputation management, public policy and government engagement remains a strength and is valued by our clients.

Having grown up in Sydney’s Inner West, he’s passionate about his city and his country and recognises the contribution of businesses big and small, east and west. An old-fashioned sense of community drives him to contribute to people that care and people that he cares about. Peter also continues to provide pro-bono support to a range of NFP and community-based organisations.

In the future, he wants to continue to help develop quality company infrastructure and community infrastructure, to help make our cities great places to live and work. Especially in his areas of strong interest including infrastructure, financial services and in Greater Western Sydney.

Peter holds a Bachelor of Communication from Western Sydney University, is an Executive Central accredited career coach and has completed the Centre for Corporate Public Affairs residential institute at the Melbourne Business School.
